Created role-based portals for admin/operator/line-lead workflows and added real-time pass/fail updates to improve visibility on the shop floor.
Problem
Operators and supervisors needed immediate visibility into test status and stage performance without manual refresh or delayed updates.
Solution
Built role-based portals (admin/operator/line-lead/shipping) and used WebSockets to push in-progress and pass/fail updates live; integrated graphing via Google APIs for stage-level and overall performance views.

- Reduced time-to-visibility for test outcomes and improved on-floor coordination.
